This item has been Fully Tested and in Working Condition. Recently used in local Culinary School so please expect some minor scratches, residue from use and other cosmetic imperfections.
This item is to be used for its intended purpose. We did our diligence cleaning this item, but this item can still use a good wipe down upon receipt.
**Original electric plug-in cord (used during testing) is supplied, see picture #12.  Previous owner chose to hardwire unit.  Buyer can choose to hardwire or attach plug at thier discretion**
