Shipping Policies
Depending on size and weight, we use priority mail or first class mail with USPS. Shipping is free for orders in the United States. We ship to all regions of the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. All shipments are provided with tracking numbers for your convenience. Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekends will be shipped on Monday, or the next business day. However, on some occasions, orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship

We offer same day Expedited 2 day shipping with Fedex. Orders placed before 2pm eastern time will be shipped same day. Expedited shipping cost .99 plus .49¢ every additional item ordered.
International Shipping Options
We offer international shipping via eBay global shipping option on all

products. (N. and S. America, Europe, Asia, Canada, United Kingdom, China, Mexico, Germany, Japan, Brazil, France, Australia,). Product eligibility for international shipping is chosen by eBay. Unfortunately, most hairsprays, and fragrances are not eligible for international shipping.
Returns
We offer eBay's 60 day hassle free returns on all our products. The process is automated by eBay, and return labels are free. In rare instances we reserve the right to charge restocking fees.
Damaged items
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be notified of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If a product was damaged in transit we will replace it. We require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us in order to send a replacement.
Erroneous orders
Erroneous goods will be replaced, however we must be notified of any errors upon receipt of the products. With your replacement we will send prepaid postage in order to retrieve the erroneous items.
