This is a brand new Giles
EOF-BIB/FFLT/24/24 banked 8' electric fryer system with programmable controls, auto-basket lifts, rethermalizer, oil filration system, and dump station, 3 Phase/480 Volts. Right to left on this banked fryer when in front of it, the far right vat is a model EOF-24 which is 24" wide and features two baskets each with automatic lifts and programmable digital controls. The next vat to its left is identical, model EOF-24, but has one large basket with auto lift and programmable
digital
controls. The third vat from the right is a dump station where the oil is filtered into a tank, and with the simple flip of a valve can be repumped into the fryer vats (this system can increase oil life by up to 50%!). The far left vat is a 20" wide water-only vat with digital thermostat for "boil-n-bag" rethermalizing of frozen products. The new cost on this fryer system is normally over ,000.00!
