Fair UV (Ultraviolet)  sunlight resistance
The outside diameter of this cable is slightly less than ¼ inch, 0.230” nominal.
The inner wires are 18 gauge 41 strand copper for flexibility, tin plated for corrosion resistance. The inner wires are UL1061 style with a thin wall PVC semi-rigid PVC insulation.
Note: a professional wire stripping tool is recommended due to the heavy jacket insulation. A spiral strip works best, see listing photos

NOTE:
The P/N: RBC-18AWG-UL2464-USA is a heavy-duty jacketed cable. It requires some special care to strip. A professional cable stripping tool such as the Jonard Tools CST-1900 is recommended. A spiral cut is recommended down the length of the cable jacket segment to be stripped off.
