    Description

Our client's lovely antique blown glass wine decanter, possibly by Galle,
features wonderful enameled designs complimenting a standing figure holding star and shamrock with family crest below.  11 in tall and 5.5 in in diameter, and in excellent condition, with some rubbing wear and light scratches, flea-bite size losses to the stopper.
The color scheme and primary motifs in the crest, golden stars and shamrock, are found in the Thompson family crest.  On reverse two seated ducks are depicted.
Apparently unsigned, with engraved "Z" on underside of stopper, and what appears to be "64" engraved on underside of the decanter.  It's shape and enamel decorations are reminiscent of the works from Galle.  Likely of French or British (English or Scottish) origin.
Item HA-3056.  Item sold as-is.  All sales final.
Our client has this for sale in their New York City gallery.
