This replacement Foam Cushion & Silicone Seal Kit Pack is designed for all Aclaim 2 (HC401) and FlexiFit 405 (HC405) Nasal CPAP Masks.
SIZING: Aclaim2 and FlexiFit 405 masks use a single frame size so either cushion and seal pack size can be used regardless of the size currently being used on your mask.
The Foam Air Cushion FlexiFit Technology conforms to most noses and facial features. The foam insert and silicone seal reduce fitting to one easy step, using only the headgear to create a comfortable seal.
