Great for frying french fries, wings, or chicken tenders, this fryer has a large 10 lb. capacity tank. To help prevent oil overflow, the stainless steel tank has a removable oil insert with calibration marks for oil levels.

The Galaxy EF10E touts 1600W of frying power, which allows it to heat oil to a maximum temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit. You can easily cook several different types of food quickly and thoroughly.
Safety Features
This unit features a temperature regulator with a yellow hot light to signal the desired temperature has been reached. It also includes an automatic shut-off feature to cut off the power when the oil has reached maximum temperature.
