    Hello. This light meter is definitely working. With the cap on it will read 000. With the cap of and pointed to the outside, still in the house, was getting the 700 reading. The meter is new looking...just the case has an ink type splotch on its label. I will sell it cheeeper than most.  Thanks.  DS...cheep cheep !
