Funnel Cake Capacity
This fryer can cook two 8" funnel cakes or three 6" funnel cakes simultaneously to keep up with long lines and hungry customers!
Cooking Oil Capacity
The well holds up to 25 lbs. of cooking oil to ensure cooking demands are meant with ease and efficiency.
Oil Drainage Valve
Featuring an oil drain in the front corner, the used oil is easily drained into a container, ideally a metal pot, for convenient disposal. Don't forget to allow the oil time to cool before draining!
4400W Heating Element
A 4400W heating element is located inside the tank to properly cook all of your fried treats! This unit gets back up to temperature with very little recovery time needed in between uses.
Wire Mesh Trays
This unit includes two wire mesh product trays to hold smaller treats below the oil surface that may otherwise float. Perfect for donuts, cookies, or hushpuppies!
Lid Draining Tray
In addition to covering the unit while not in use, the lid also works as a side draining tray. By sitting on an angle, it gives you a place to put freshly fried products while the excess oil drains back into the tank. Thermostatic Temperature Control
