    This is a letter from. Bruce. R. Easter protesting the use of federal reserve notes citing the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 10
    "...the moral decay of our society is directly related to the inflation of the federal reserve note.."
    "...the Additional Coinage Act of 1965 has phased out of circulation our silver coins..."
    "...rob our earnings but also our freedom..."
    **GREAT CONDITION - ORIGINAL FOLDS - Stored in an envelope that has handwritten on it,  "State of Washington's Department of Licensing. has been sent a letter informing them that Bruce R. Easter has a right to. exercise Article 1 Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution.  Enclosed is a copy. of letter given to Jerome Newell. who softness the mailing of the above mention letter."  Bruce E.
