it has lot of scratches, but not sure if it was cleaned in last 100 years lol !  are the scratches cause someone cleaned it you decided! no returns if you get and later determined it is cleaned or you don't like not my deal you get what you see and the scan / photos show it all!!!!  all coins of this age were cleaned at some point in life so it is not an excuse to say you did not get what was described! in my opinion this is a broken 3 and cleaned long ago cut I  could be wrong! you can argue, but that is my opinion and my opinion does not count!
